L956F is a mining and excavating typed loader for loading and unloading hard materials, with long axle base, large breakout force. It is customized for mine and heavy-load operating conditions and is widely used in building site, aggregate towms construction and etc
1. The self-developed digitized stepping dashboard of SDLG is adopted, which ensures high human-machine interaction, the centralized control is adopted for the electric apparatus of entire machine, which ensures convenient inspection and maintenance and high reliability of electrical apparatus element.
2. It adopts finite element optimized front and rear frame that have passed 200,000 times of fatigue enhancement tests and has high strength and long service life. Long axle base and enlarged counter weight design ensures a stable traveling operation.
3. Standard rock bucket using high strength anti friction cutting board and the bottom and rear wall of the bucket are both designed as per the shoveling and excavating condition, with welded and embedded cutting teeth. Small anti-friction board is equipped between cutting teeth as standard, which is more suitable for mining condition.
4. It is equipped with large-cylinder-diameter rotating bucket oil cylinder and lifting cylinder, with breakout force of up to 18.3 ton and ground lifting force of up to 16.3 ton.
